Dominic Sewell
Dominic Sewell was born in Fort Hood, Texas and is a proud native of Columbus, Georgia. He commissioned as an Army Second Lieutenant after graduating from Tuskegee University and has held leadership positions as an Engineer officer in Germany, Kuwait, Af ghanistan, South Korea, Hawaii, and now Galveston, since 2010.
During his tour in Korea, Brother Sewell was initiated into Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. through the Mu Phi Lambda chapter in Fall2015 and has been a Life Member ever since. He has always remained active in his community through various volunteering service and is currently serving as the Vice President ofthe Gamma Pi Lambda Non-Profit Foundation.
Major Sewell holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Tuskegee University and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Missouri University of Science & Technology. He is well decorated and educated through the military and also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), LEED Accredited Professional in Building Design and Construction (LEED AP BD+C), and Industrial Engineer-in Training (EIT).
Dominic is currently serving as the Chief of Mission Support for the US Army Corps of Engineers, Galveston District. He is the son of Sergeant First Class (RET) Milton & Theresa Sewell. His hobbies include reading traveling, and volunteering
